Who are Allsorts?
Allsorts Youth Project is a Sussex-based charity that listens to, supports & connects children & young people under 26 who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans or exploring their sexual orientation and/or gender identity (LGBTQ+), and their families.
We are on a mission to make sure every LGBTQ+ child in Sussex has the chance to make friends, build community & feel proud of who they are.
We want parents & carers to know they are not alone & feel confident supporting thier children. we want every adult in a LGBTQ+ child’s life - from their teacher to their gp - to be safe & welcoming.
Our vision is of a world where LGBTQ+ children & young people can be themselves and enjoy their lives.
By donating to Allsorts, you are supporting LGBTQ+ children, young people and their families across Sussex, and helping provide opportunities to build confidence, community and reduce the isolation and impact of LGBT-phobia they often face.
Allsorts of Impact
"Allsorts has been a really valuable space for me to explore who I am and be myself without worrying about consequences from LGBT-phobia. It's been a safe place for me to have fun, make friends and find out more about a community I'm part of but didn't know much about." - Allsorts Young Person
